How to get ready for a flea market…
Drag it out of the garage. Slap a price on it. Throw it on the truck and trailer. And drive off to make some sales. It’s that simple. Since we no longer have our Etsy shop, there were some items that were just in my way and taking up too much space. No pictures of those items. Why? I didn’t want any reminders to keep nagging at me that I could have used that piece somewhere. There is that fine line between being a collector and being a hoarder.
This was not a big flea market, but I wasn’t worried. The other vendors bought from us and we were practically sold out within the first hour. I had to go home and load up some more treasures to fill our small space. We had great sales and were able to come home early to enjoy the rest of our day.
We’ll need to do this again one or two more times so we will have the space to finish up our workshop in order to make our signs. We’ll be working in both wood and metal. Did I ever mention that I took welding classes? Darn good at it, too! But, I’ll go into that more another time.
Have a farmtastic weekend, y’all!
